Caroline Kanaan is a passionate nutritionist and author based in the UAE. She has worked extensively with patients in the region with special needs and discovered the positive impact a nutritious diet can have on children helping them with their behaviour, digestion and immune system.
Having seen first-hand the challenges of healthy eating in Dubai and understanding the Arab kitchen, Caroline is able to share her experience as a nutritionist and as a mom to help families and children become healthier and happier. Caroline recently completed the GAPS practitioner training program and has a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from McGill University, Canada and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the American University of Beirut.
Caroline has designed a range of courses in our Healthy Habits series which are a must for all nannies who prepare snacks and meals for children.

With over a decade of experience as an Early Years Teacher at leading schools around the world, with additional TEFL qualifications, Jennifer has engaged hundreds of young children and experienced the joys of teaching and seeing bright minds light up. Her experience in Dubai allows her to understand the unique challenges facing nannies in the UAE.
Jennifer strongly believes that every child is special and unique and working with children and watching them blossom is a real privilege. It is with this ethos that she has designed practical, informative and engaging courses specifically for rise.
